Terms of Service

CoFounder AI provides an AI-assisted workspace for founders — idea validation, market and competitor research, product specs and roadmaps, technical architecture, marketing and launch planning, and related tools. Features may change, improve, or be retired as the product develops.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use CoFounder AI. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• The Free plan is available at no cost with limited AI usage.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR): Founder at ₹2,499/month and Team at ₹8,499/month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

If the service does not work as described and we cannot resolve the problem, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will review your case and issue a refund where appropriate. Because AI generation costs are incurred as you use the product, refunds are assessed against actual usage in the billing period.

Plans include AI generation quotas. We apply rate limits to keep the service stable and available for everyone. We may suspend or throttle accounts that attempt to bypass quotas, automate abusive volumes of requests, or resell access to the underlying AI models.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or our providers' systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its outputs as a competing AI product.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, including someone else's confidential information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

You own the startup content you submit and, as between you and us, you own the outputs generated for you. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service — to store, process, and transmit your content so we can deliver the features you use. We do not use your content to train AI models.

The CoFounder AI software, interface, branding, and documentation remain our property. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.

AI-generated research, scores, forecasts, plans, and documents are informational aids, not professional advice. They can be incomplete or wrong. CoFounder AI does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Verify anything important — and consult a qualified professional — before acting on it. Business decisions you make remain yours.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and factors outside our control can cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from interruptions.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. On termination your access ends and your content is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoFounder AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
